Apparenza is an audiovisual installation in which the projected light is recognizable only in the presence of a background: a layer of confrontation shifted over the light itself. It is a metaphor of the many connections, the mental constructions and interpretations that you unconsciously experience every day. It is a key to the limits of appearances and appearing in a world increasingly dominated by superficiality, the ephemeral, and the constructed. The light follows this plot, it travels in all directions, filling and emptying, thus allowing you to change your point of view and look in a new way to what lies beyond. I am the light. The cables are the world. The rest is what we prefer to observe.
